By downloading, installing, or using Animyx, you formally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the software.

1. About Animyx

Animyx is a standalone desktop application for data-driven video storytelling, developed and owned by Minions Labs. The software operates 100% locally on your hardware. Subscriptions grant you access to the software license, technical updates, and animation “Skins”.

In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund for any reason. After this period, all sales are final.

5. Beta & Early Access Disclaimer

If you are using a version of Animyx designated as “Beta”, “Early Access”, or “Founding Member Release”, you acknowledge that the software is still under development. While we strive for stability, Minions Labs is not liable for software crashes, data loss, or rendering errors during this development phase.

7. Google Sheets & Third-Party Services

Animyx connects to Google Sheets via your own Google Account. Your use of this feature is governed by Google’s Terms of Service. Minions Labs is not responsible for the availability or integrity of data stored on Google’s servers.

8. Assignment & Successors

Minions Labs reserves the right to assign or transfer any of its rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party at any time (e.g., in the event of a sale of the IP, merger, or change of control).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

Animyx is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minions Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the software.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Federative Republic of Brazil**. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

12. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
