Animyx is a standalone desktop application. Your data, assets, and creative work never leave your computer. We do not process, store, or have access to any content you create with Animyx.

1. Who We Are

2. Information Collection and Usage

We prioritize user privacy and follow a strict data minimization policy. We only process information essential for the operation and security of our services:

• Service Activation & Access: To manage your access and validate your subscription, we associate your account email with a unique device identifier. This process is strictly used to ensure secure service delivery and to manage your active installations.
• Payment Processing: All transactions are handled by our secure payment partner, Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card numbers or sensitive financial credentials.
• Operational Integrity: We may collect non-identifiable technical data (such as application version and general system environment) to maintain software stability and performance. This data is processed in an aggregate manner and is not linked to your personal identity.

3. Absolute Privacy: What We DO NOT Collect

Because Animyx operates locally, we have ZERO access to:

• Any files, images, or assets used in your projects.
• Your narration recordings or final exported videos.
• Your Google Sheets data or credentials (they stay on your machine).
• Your creative “Project Files” or configuration settings.

4. Google Sheets Integration & API Disclosure

Animyx’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• The connection is made locally via OAuth 2.0.
• We do not transfer or share your Google data with third parties or use it for advertising/AI training.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your email address only as long as you maintain an active license or remain on our waitlist.
Under GDPR and regional laws, you have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold (Email).
• Request immediate deletion or correction of your information.
• Withdraw consent for product updates at any time.

Data requests are processed within 7 business days when submitted through our official Contact Form.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Animyx website uses minimal, strictly necessary cookies for security and functionality. We do not use behavioral tracking, advertising pixels, or invasive analytics.

7. Children’s Privacy

Animyx is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be communicated via email to all active license holders before taking effect.
